About Garett Moon
Garett completed his undergraduate program at Weber State University with an AAS and BSN in Nursing and an AAS in Emergency Care and Rescue, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and was involved in numerous Honor Societies. He completed his Master's degree at the University of Phoenix with a 4.0 GPA
Garett was a former ER nurse, Flight Nurse/Paramedic, and Firefighter/Paramedic before becoming a Nurse
Practitioner.
Garett worked in Family Practice for the past 3 1/2 years, before switching over to
Neurology as a specialty.
Garett has been married for over 30 years to his amazing wife, with two incredible adult children and
their amazing spouses, one grandson, and a dog.
He enjoys outdoor activities like hunting/shooting,
camping, Dutch oven cooking, boating, swimming, and activities with his family and friends.
